By accessing or using this website, any Keltai dashboards, calculators, resources, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Keltai provides an Ireland-based agri-tech analytics platform focused on farm performance measurement and investment-oriented reporting. The Services may include tools for crop yield forecasting, soil health monitoring, livestock performance tracking, financial profitability analysis, scenario planning, and investment intelligence reporting. Keltai may also provide educational resources such as guides and checklists and informational calculators designed to support planning.
The Services are intended to support decision-making, documentation, and analysis. They do not replace professional advice. Keltai does not provide regulated financial services, brokerage services, or personalized investment advice. Any outputs are dependent on the data you provide or authorize, and on assumptions that may not hold in future conditions.
We may update, improve, discontinue, or change features at any time. Some features may require a subscription, a separate order form, or additional terms. Where applicable, service levels, data processing terms, and commercial terms may be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Keltai Analytics Limited.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you submit, including operational records and financial inputs used for analytics. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your access.
- You will not share login credentials with unauthorized users and will maintain appropriate access control within your organization.
- You will not attempt to circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
- Where accounts are offered, you agree to maintain one account per person unless Keltai has approved a different arrangement in writing.
4. Intellectual Property and License
The Services, including all content, visual design, text, graphics, icons, software code, data models, algorithms, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Keltai Analytics Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. "keltai" and associated marks are trademarks of Keltai Analytics Limited.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Keltai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes or personal informational use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Services unless expressly permitted in writing by Keltai.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the Services using automated means without authorization.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code, data models, or algorithms except to the extent permitted by law.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a farm, business, or investor.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code, or attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Using the Services to commit fraud, spam, or to violate third-party rights including privacy, intellectual property, and confidentiality obligations.
- Attempting to overwhelm or degrade the Services, including denial-of-service attacks or abusive traffic generation.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keltai Analytics Limited disclaims all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Keltai does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Keltai does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any outputs, forecasts, scenarios, dashboards, calculators, or reports. You are responsible for verifying results and for the decisions you make based on the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keltai Analytics Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if Keltai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keltai Analytics Limited's total direct liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Keltai for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keltai Analytics Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may reference third-party services, tools, or content. Any third-party links are provided for convenience only. Keltai does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data, cookie usage, and advertising technologies are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where applicable, your use of the Services may also be subject to a separate data processing agreement.
You agree not to submit sensitive personal data to Keltai through website forms or other channels unless specifically requested under a documented agreement and with appropriate legal basis. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights and permissions to share any data you provide or authorize for analytics.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You agree that the courts of Dublin, Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
12. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Keltai Analytics Limited and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The informal resolution period is 30 days from the date one party first provides written notice of the dispute to the other party.
If the dispute is not resolved within the 30-day period, either party may pursue claims in the courts specified in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section above. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.
13. Termination and Suspension
Keltai may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the Services unlawfully. Suspension or termination may occur with or without notice depending on the nature of the issue.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Sections intended to survive termination will survive, including: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective 14 days after they are posted on this page unless a longer notice period is required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
